Job summary

Ingram Micro, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, coach teams, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

The role covers receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment in a high-volume environment. You will optimize workflows, maintain inventory accuracy, and support customer fulfillment objectives while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, or operations environments.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, lead, or people management experience.
• Experience managing warehouse workflows including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop frontline employees.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
• Create a positive, high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Conduct performance coaching, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for operational and employee-related issues.
• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling.
• Ensure customer orders and technology assets are accurately received, processed, stored, picked, packed, tested, and shipped according to company standards.
• Coordinate workload and staffing priorities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control best practices.
• Monitor key performance metrics: productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, throughput.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve service levels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence initiatives.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment compliant with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Ensure warehouse equipment, workstations, and facilities remain organized, clean, and safe.
• Lead safety initiatives and reinforce compliance standards across all operations.
