Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, coach a team, and drive safety, accuracy, and productivity across distribution centers.

This hands-on leader will oversee receiving, shipping, inventory control, and fulfillment while driving continuous improvement and compliance. Schedule: Mon-Fri; 2:30PM - 12:00AM. Compensation includes base salary + 10% annual target bonus + $3,250 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, or operations environments.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, lead, or people management experience.
• Experience managing warehouse workflows including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop frontline employees.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
• Create a positive, high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Conduct performance coaching, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for operational and employee-related issues.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, inventory control, material handling, storage, order fulfillment, reverse logistics, and asset refurbishment.
