• 3+ years’ of team leadership experience in high volume operations with a track record of developing people and delivering results.
• Managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
• Ownership mindset to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts.
• Analytical, data-driven problem solving using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates and drive a strong culture with high employee satisfaction.
• Own the day-to-day operations of one DashMart warehouse, manage scheduling and labor budget, and meet site-level metrics.
• Delight customers by maintaining order accuracy and fast fulfillment, partnering with central teams for tools and resources.
• Strategize using data to identify inefficiencies and design process improvements for warehouse operations.
