Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Site Operations Leader to guide a 5-15k sq ft distribution center, overseeing the local warehouse operating team and light-prep kitchen in some locations, while supporting the Site Manager to maintain high quality for customers.

You will hire, coach and develop a team, drive scheduling and inventory processes, analyze data to optimize resources, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure top performance and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field
• 1+ years of experience managing a team
• Proven leader of 5+ employees with successful performance and development outcomes
• Ability to work late-night and weekend hours
• Data-driven and proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, hire, coach and develop high-performing team members
• Drive scheduling and inventory management to achieve performance targets
• Analyze data and make strategic recommendations on resource allocation and workflow
• Tackle onsite escalations and coordinate with cross-functional partners
