Job summary

You will own day‑to‑day operations, scheduling, and labor budgeting, ensuring safety and high performance while driving quality metrics like order accuracy and fulfillment speed.

You will use data to identify inefficiencies, lead a culture of ownership, and coordinate with central teams for tools and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high volume operations with a track record of developing people and delivering results.
• Managed high‑performing teams of 10+ employees.
• Owns day‑to‑day operations, including scheduling and labor budget.
• Able to use data to identify pain points and drive process improvements.
• Flexible schedule with late‑night and weekend availability.

Responsibilities
