Job summary

Ingram Micro, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and oversee team performance.

You will drive processes that ensure world-class service, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role partners with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, maintain inventory accuracy, and support customer fulfillment goals while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, or operations environments.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, lead, or people management experience.
• Experience managing warehouse workflows including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop frontline employees.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
• Create a positive, high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Conduct performance coaching, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for operational and employee-related issues.
• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Control, Material Handling, Storage Operations, Order Fulfillment, Reverse Logistics, Asset Refurbishment and Processing.
• Ensure customer orders and technology assets are accurately received, processed, stored, picked, packed, tested, and shipped according to company standards.
• Coordinate workload and staffing priorities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control best practices.
• Monitor key performance metrics: Productivity, Quality, Inventory Accuracy, Order Fulfillment, On-Time Shipping, Operational Throughput.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve service levels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence initiatives.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment compliant with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Ensure warehouse equipment, workstations, and facilities remain organized, clean, and safe.
• Lead safety initiatives and reinforce compliance standards across all operations.
