Kingfisher Recruiting presents a Warehouse Manager role with a long-established manufacturing client in Wisconsin. You will lead a 10-person warehouse team, oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of all material, and drive safe, timely, and cost-efficient product flow.

Qualifications

• Solid warehouse operations experience in manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Knowledge of a warehouse management system and upcoming SAP migration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in the operation of the client’s warehouses.
• Develop and improve supply chain strategies and KPIs aligned with corporate objectives.
• Be accountable for inventory and finished goods shipping and warehouse duties.
• Ensure accuracy in quality assurance, inventory, and timely transactions for inbound/outbound products.
• Conduct physical cycle counts and reconcile with data storage system; identify root causes and take corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for shipping/warehousing.
• Oversee equipment needs and maintenance; propose CAPEX and budgets.
• Oversee safe operation of forklifts and equipment for special projects.
• Meet periodic shipping volume objectives and report exceptions.
• Ensure products received/shipped meet packaging and quality standards.
• Serve as go-to expert on WMS and shipping programs; perform daily validations.
