Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Wisconsin to lead a team in the headquarters warehouses. You will guide receiving, storage, and distribution of raw, work-in-process, and finished goods, while driving safe, timely, and cost-effective output.

You will develop supply chain strategies, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with QA and regulatory standards. A strong focus on leadership and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and SAP transition plans.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to direct a multi-person team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of warehouse associates in receiving, storage and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives and KPIs.
• Accountable for inventory control, accuracy, and timely shipping/receiving operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards across warehouses.
• Manage equipment maintenance and capital expenditure requirements for warehouse facilities.
• Oversee warehouse processes and daily validations of WMS for order fulfillment.
