You will drive continuous improvement of supply chain strategies, ensure inventory accuracy, and oversee QA collaboration to resolve issues before shipping. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid warehouse operations experience for a manufacturing operation.
• At least 2 years of prior warehouse leadership experience.
• Knowledge of a warehouse management system; plan to move to SAP within a couple of years.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of warehouse associates and lead operations in the headquarters warehouses.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives; monitor KPIs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely inbound/outbound transactions.
• Coordinate with QA to resolve quality issues before shipping.
• Perform cycle counts and address root causes of inventory inaccuracies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for shipping/warehousing.
• Oversee equipment needs and maintenance; draft capital expenditure proposals.
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts and equipment for special project requests.
• Meet periodic shipping volume objectives; report exceptions.
• Validate products received/shipped meet quality standards; maintain packing accuracy.
• Serve as go-to expert on WMS and shipping processes; daily program checks.
