Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is assisting a major agricultural equipment manufacturer in Wisconsin to find a Warehouse Manager. You will lead a 10-person warehouse team, directing receiving, storage, and distribution, while driving timelines, quality, and cost efficiency at the headquarters facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive warehouse operations experience in manufacturing, and a path toward SAP adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and a future move to SAP.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of warehouse associates in the operation of the client’s warehouses.
• Develop and improve supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives; update weekly KPIs.
• Be accountable for inventory control and finished goods shipping and warehouse duties.
• Ensure quality assurance, inventory accuracy, and timely inbound/outbound transactions.
• Conduct physical cycle counts and investigate root causes of discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for shipping/warehousing.
• Oversee equipment needs and maintenance programs for shipping/warehousing equipment.
• Ensure safety in the operation of forklifts and equipment for special projects.
• Meet periodic shipping volume objectives and report exceptions.
• Validate product receipt and shipping against company quality standards.
• Serve as the go-to expert on WMS and shipping processes; perform daily validations.
