Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a 10-person warehouse team at the headquarters’ operation. You will supervise receiving, storage, and distribution of all materials, while driving safety, efficiency, and cost-effective output.

You will implement and refine supply chain strategies, track KPIs, and ensure inventory accuracy and quality compliance. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience with WMS and SAP transitions.

Qualifications

• Solid warehouse operations experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse leadership.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP) and future SAP move plan.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals; monitor KPIs.
• Own inventory control and finished goods shipping responsibilities.
• Ensure QA, inventory accuracy, and timely transactions; work with QA to resolve issues.
• Manage cycle counts and root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal shipping/warehousing regulations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance (forklifts, cranes) and advise on capex proposals.
• Lead go-to SME for WMS and shipping processes; perform daily validations.
