Your Talent Team is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a 10-person warehouse team at the headquarters, overseeing receiving, storage, and distribution of raw to finished goods. You will drive cost-effective, timely output while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will develop supply chain strategies, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with QA to resolve issues. Knowledge of WMS and a transition to SAP is desired, with strong leadership and communication skills a must.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of warehousing leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with a warehouse management system; moving to SAP within a few years.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives; track weekly KPIs.
• Accountable for all inventory, finished goods shipping, and warehouse duties.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, QA, and timely inbound/outbound transactions; coordinate with QA.
• Conduct physical cycle counts and drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal shipping/warehousing regulations.
• Oversee equipment needs and maintenance; propose capex and budgets.
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts for special projects.
• Meet shipping volume objectives and report exceptions.
• Serve as the go-to expert on WMS and shipping processes with daily validations.
