Job summary

Henderson Group in Wisconsin is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead a team and optimize the headquarters warehouses for safe, timely, and cost-effective operations. You will oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of all materials, driving continuous improvement and KPI alignment.

The role demands leadership and experience with warehouse management systems, with a pathway to SAP integration and a culture of safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Solid warehouse operations experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Knowledge of a warehouse management system; SAP transition planned.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in the operation of the client’s warehouses.
• Develop and improve supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Be accountable for controlled inventory and finished goods shipping and warehouse duties.
• Ensure accuracy of quality assurance, inventory, and timely outbound/inbound transactions; work with QA to resolve issues.
• Conduct physical cycle counts and reconcile with data storage system; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure shipping/warehousing complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance programs for warehousing; develop capex and budget proposals.
• Manage the safe operation of forklifts and equipment for special projects outside shipping.
• Meet shipping volume objectives and report exceptions.
• Ensure all products meet company quality standards for packaging and completeness.
• Serve as go-to expert on WMS and shipping processes; validate daily in systems.
