Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead a 10-person warehouse team in Wisconsin. You will oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of all materials, while driving continuous improvement in supply chain performance and KPIs.

You will manage inventory accuracy, QA, and timely transactions, coordinating with QA and maintenance teams. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience operating or overseeing a warehouse management system; SAP transition planned.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals; track weekly KPIs.
• Own inventory control and finished goods shipping responsibilities.
• Ensure quality assurance, inventory accuracy, and timely inbound/outbound transactions.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and capital expenditure proposals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing shipping and warehousing.
• Serve as subject matter expert for WMS and related software; perform daily validations.
