Client Growth Resources, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Janesville, WI to lead a team of warehouse staff and manage receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. You will drive process improvements, optimize safety, and ensure inventory accuracy across all warehouses.

The role focuses on implementing efficient warehouse operations, coordinating with QA and logistics, and preparing for a SAP-based WMS transition. Excellent leadership and communication are required.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse operations for manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse leadership.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems; SAP planned migration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in the operation of the warehouses.
• Develop and improve supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Be accountable for all controlled inventory and shipping duties.
• Ensure quality assurance, inventory accuracy, and timely transactions for inbound/outbound products.
• Conduct physical cycle counts and root-cause analysis to fix inventory issues.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in shipping/warehousing.
• Oversee equipment requirements and maintenance; propose CAPEX budgets.
• Supervise safe operation of forklifts and equipment for special projects.
• Meet periodic shipping volume objectives and report exceptions.
• Ensure products meet quality standards for packaging and completeness.
• Serve as go-to expert on the WMS and shipping processes.
