Essenti Talent is assisting a longtime Wisconsin manufacturer in recruiting a Warehouse Manager to lead a team in headquarters warehouses. You will oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of all materials, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, cost-efficient product output.

The role emphasizes leadership, KPI tracking, inventory integrity, and daily coordination with QA and logistics. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing warehousing and distribution.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and SAP transition plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of warehouse associates and lead daily operations.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with QA and logistics to resolve issues and optimize performance.
