Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Olathe, KS is seeking a results-driven operations leader to manage day-to-day facility activities. You will oversee KPI attainment, inventory integrity, continuous improvement and staff development for direct reports, following SOPs, standard work and customer documentation.

This role includes budgeting, cost control, coordinating with safety, HR and engineering, and implementing network best practices to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a four-year college with at least 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Minimum five years warehousing or distribution experience.
• Minimum three years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPI achievement and inventory integrity within the facility.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate direct reports to drive performance.
• Ensure SOPs, standard work, and safety rules are followed; manage budgeted costs.
• Plan and implement organizational policies and goals; support safety, HR, and engineering initiatives.
• Analyze operations for cross-functional efficiency and implement improvements.
