Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, drive KPI achievement, inventory integrity, and staff development within the site. This role emphasizes SOP adherence, safety, and cost controls while supporting budgeting and network initiatives.

You will work with Supervisors and Leads, implement improvement projects, manage staffing, and ensure compliance with KOS standards. Limited travel; 25% or less.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years related experience; or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPI achievement and inventory integrity.
• Lead and develop direct reports and supervisors.
• Budgeting and financial management for the area of responsibility.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement across operations.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and network best practices.
