Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee day-to-day facility activities, drive KPI achievement, inventory integrity, and staff development within the warehouse network.

This role emphasizes budgets, continuous improvement, safety, and cross-functional collaboration with safety, HR, and engineering to maximize efficiency and profitability. Travel up to 25% and leadership of direct reports is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college and 3 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of warehousing, distribution, or related experience.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse personnel comply with SOPs and workload demands.
• Meet daily productivity goals with Supervisors/Leads.
• Lead special projects impacting site and network operations.
• Analyze throughput, capacity planning, and financial information.
• Assist with site budget process to maximize net income.
