Kenco Logistics is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage day-to-day warehouse performance. You will drive KPI achievement, ensure inventory integrity, and lead continuous improvement across the site. This role emphasizes budgeting, cost control, and developing direct reports within a safety-focused environment.

The position collaborates with safety, HR and engineering to promote productivity programs and executes network best practices in the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum five years in warehousing/distribution with leadership.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPI achievement, inventory integrity and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgeting and financial results for areas of responsibility.
• Lead safety, training and development of direct reports.
• Plan, implement and track organizational policies and goals.
• Analyze operations, drive throughput and cross-functional efficiency.
• Review reports and take corrective action to meet targets.
