Job summary

Kenco Logistics, a leading 3PL provider in the U.S., seeks a seasoned Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, drive KPI achievement, and develop staff at its Olathe facility in Kansas. You will manage inventory, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives while aligning with budgeting targets.

Responsibilities include leading Supervisors and frontline staff, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and network best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a four-year college or equivalent with related experience.
• Minimum five years in warehousing or distribution; three years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and achieve productivity goals.
• Lead Supervisors, Foreman, and Leads to meet targets.
• Implement projects that improve site and network operations.
• Analyze throughput, capacity and financial data for optimization.
• Assist with site budget and control costs to maximize net income.
• Promote safety and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
