Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse associates, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement. You will schedule workloads, assign duties, monitor shipping accuracy, and coach staff to meet SOPs while upholding company policies and values.

The role emphasizes team leadership, process discipline, and ongoing training in a fast-paced distribution environment, with travel as needed and a strong focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow to maximize cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality, neatness, and policy adherence.
• Schedule job assignments for inventories.
• Oversee shipping of outbound orders.
• Issue instructions to associates as needed.
• Ensure accountability per SOPs and maintain harmony among staff.
• Manage employee time and coaching/evaluations.
• Monitor product database during receiving process and train on procedures.
• Assist Safety Advocate with safety program and process improvements.
