Job summary

Johnstone Supply LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing and shipping. You will manage staff, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with leadership to meet performance goals.

The role requires supervisory experience, forklift operation skills, and familiarity with ERP systems in a fast-paced environment. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, training, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years related experience or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse
• Experience operating forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and competently
• Experience with inventory management systems and OSHA safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day activities of warehouse staff to ensure accurate receiving, inventory control, picking, packing and shipping
• Monitors performance against goals and adjusts procedures to meet objectives
• Ensures safe work environment by enforcing safety procedures and conducting inspections
• Maintains staffing through interviews, training and performance reviews
• Communicates staffing needs and coordinates with leadership on workload and labor requirements
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and proper documentation and labeling of products
