Job summary

Johnstone Supply LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage the daily operations of a Florida warehouse. You will oversee staffing, budgets, safety programs, and performance, ensuring accurate product delivery and efficient material flow.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in logistics, inventory control, and ERP systems. You will train and mentor staff, coordinate with leadership across regions, and drive continuous improvements in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year directly managing a team in a busy warehouse.
• Experience managing logistics or related functions and operating forklift safely.
• Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Hire, train, and manage staff; monitor budgets and safety compliance.
• Lead process improvements and coordinate with regional leadership.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor staff for development.
