Job summary

Johnstone Supply in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, drive safety, and optimize inventory and staffing. This role ensures accurate picking, timely shipping, and adherence to budgets and policies.

You will lead a team, coordinate with regional leadership, and uphold our safety standards, training, and performance expectations while supporting continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; 5+ years related experience and/or training.
Minimum 1 year directly managing a team in a busy warehouse.
Experience managing logistics or related functions.
Experience operating forklift and other warehouse equipment safely.
Experience with inventory management systems and ERP/RF tech.

Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
Lead staffing, training, and performance reviews; coach and develop staff.
Monitor budgets, safety programs, and regulatory compliance (OSHA).
Ensure inventory accuracy; supervise receiving, put-away, and shipping.
Coordinate with branches and regional leadership on goals and KPIs.
