Job summary

Johnstone Supply in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You will lead staff, manage inventory, and drive process improvements while upholding high standards of quality and service.

You will also partner with regional leadership to manage budgets and capital projects, ensure OSHA safety compliance, and utilize ERP systems and RF technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years related warehouse experience with leadership roles.
• Minimum 1 year directly managing a team in a busy warehouse.
• Experience managing logistics and operating forklift safely.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and RF technology.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely, accurate order picking and shipping.
• Lead staffing, training, performance reviews, and SOP compliance.
• Monitor budgets, cost control, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and related programs.
• Coordinate with regional leadership on goals and projects.
