Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and safety compliance. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and staff development to maintain high performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience requirements: High school diploma or GED; 5+ years related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Minimum 1 year directly managing a team in a busy warehouse environment.
• Experience managing logistics or related functions; forklift safety and operation.
• Preference for Bachelor's degree and ERP/RF technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, budgeting, staffing, and staff development.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance across the facility.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, and equipment maintenance.
• Lead process improvements and cross-functional collaboration with regional leadership.
