You will coach staff, manage training, and align performance with budgets while coordinating with carriers to maintain service levels.

• Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain on the job.

• Directs the activities of the Distribution Shipping department to ensure Right Product, Right Time, Right Condition.
• Ensures safety by coaching staff and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
• Manages hiring, training, and performance reviews of staff.
• Monitors performance against budgets and reports, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Maintains communication across departments and with carrier partners.
• Oversees equipment maintenance and ensures machinery is safe and compliant.
