Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Madison, WI to direct daily warehouse operations and supervise staff, including pickers and forklift operators.

You’ll ensure efficient shipping/receiving, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with Receiving and Inventory Control teams. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills; ability to work in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance and clean, safe workplace.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize operations and data flow.
• Handle inquiries, resolve problems, and manage discipline and performance.
