Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead store warehouse operations, directing specialists, order pickers and forklift operators.

You will coordinate daily freight, maintain inventory accuracy and safety compliance, and partner with Receiving and Operations teams to optimize workflow. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with and coordinate across departments.
• Strong math skills and basic computer proficiency in Windows.
• Comfort with extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse staff to cover shipping and receiving.
• Direct daily warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, inventory.
• Maintain safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Train associates and enforce SOPs.
• Resolve inquiries and coordinate with other departments.
• Prepare management activity reports.
• Oversee Storage Buy audits and product staging.
• Enforce progressive discipline as needed.
