Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse activities, schedule staff, and oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control at our Kissimmee store.

You will manage forklift operators and warehouse specialists while ensuring safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong leadership, team coordination, and attention to safety, with a focus on training, process adherence, and cross-department collaboration to maintain

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to supervise warehouse personnel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Proficient in basic math and data entry in Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily scheduling of warehouse staff to optimize shipping/receiving.
• Oversee warehouse operations including storage, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure safety programs and training are followed; enforce SOPs and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient warehouse workflows.
