Floor & Decor in Miami, FL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations across stores and supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators.

You will support the Receiving Supervisor in freight scheduling, ensure accurate inventory control, maintain equipment, and uphold OSHA safety standards while fostering a productive, team-oriented environment. This role requires strong communication and the ability to coordinate across departments.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with other departments.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, inventory, maintenance).
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and safety programs per OSHA regulations.
• Ensure associates are trained and follow standard operating procedures.
• Handle disciplinary processes and maintain productive labor climate.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency.
• Prepare activity reports for management.
• Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, and receiver reports.
