Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Effective cross-department collaboration
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficient with Windows-based systems

Responsibilities

• Direct daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities: shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging
• Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and communicate repairs to management
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment use and compliance with OSHA regulations
• Maintain training and adherence to standard operating procedures
• Handle inquiries and resolve problems for warehouse staff
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations
• Prepare activity reports for management
• Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control Specialist
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping documents and receiver reports
• Execute Storage Buy Audit COP and ensure product staging for counting
• Ensure proper storage to conserve space and maintain safety
