Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the store warehouse operations, schedule staff, and ensure accurate shipping and receiving to support inventory needs. This role directs warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators while maintaining cost efficiency and productivity.

The position emphasizes safety, training, and collaboration with other departments to maintain smooth distribution and accurate inventory control in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Effective cross-department collaboration
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficient with Windows-based systems

Responsabilités

• Direct daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities: shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging
• Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and communicate repairs to management
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment use and compliance with OSHA regulations
• Maintain training and adherence to standard operating procedures
• Handle inquiries and resolve problems for warehouse staff
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations
• Prepare activity reports for management
• Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control Specialist
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping documents and receiver reports
• Execute Storage Buy Audit COP and ensure product staging for counting
• Ensure proper storage to conserve space and maintain safety
