Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee store warehouse operations, direct day-to-day activities, and supervise warehouse staff including specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators.

The role supports the Receiving Supervisor in managing daily freight schedules to meet customer and inventory needs. The candidate will ensure safe, efficient operations, coordinate with other departments, and uphold SOPs while maintaining productivity and accuracy across

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong collaboration with other departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to train and develop staff and enforce SOPs.
• Familiarity with safety programs and OSHA guidelines.
• Proficiency with basic math and Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure adequate staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and maintenance.
• Coordinate Storage Buy transactions and manage staging and inspection processes.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs; communicate needs to management.
• Ensure safe operation and a clean, organized work environment.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures; manage disciplinary processes.
