Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Effective written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily scheduling of warehouse personnel for shipping and receiving.
• Oversee warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and maintenance.
• Ensure safety programs and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Train staff and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse flow and data entry.
