Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations, supervise specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators.

You will support the Receiving Supervisor in managing freight schedules and ensure safety compliance and efficient staging of products. The role focuses on scheduling, coaching, and discipline, while maintaining accurate paperwork flow across Receiving and Inventory Control.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and safety programs.
• Ensure associates follow SOPs and OSHA regulations; conduct disciplinary processes when needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
