Floor & Decor in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and coordinate shipping and receiving to support in-store needs. You will oversee safety, equipment maintenance, and process improvements.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong people skills, and competence with Windows-based systems and basic math. You will collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate inventory, prepare reports, and ensure

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse (shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory)
• Maintain storage and staging for Storage Buy transactions and audits
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and safety programs
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient operations
• Prepare activity reports and monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoices and packing slips
• Oversee rotation of inventories and safe storage practices
• Perform other duties as directed by management
