Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a 10-person warehouse team for the headquarters. You will oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, drive KPI-based improvements, and ensure inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, WMS experience, and a plan to support SAP migration. A focus on safety, cost efficiency, and timely output is essential for success.

Formación

• Solid warehouse operations experience in manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of prior warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and SAP migration plans.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of warehouse associates in receiving, storage and distribution.
• Develop and improve supply chain strategies and KPIs aligned with corporate goals.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, quality assurance and timely transactions.
• Oversee shipping/warehousing compliance with regulations and budgets.
• Manage equipment maintenance and capital expenditure proposals.
• Serve as the go-to expert on WMS and shipping processes and validation.
