Our client, a long-established manufacturer of agricultural equipment, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead a team in the headquarters warehouses. You will oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of raw, WIP and finished goods, directing personnel and equipment to optimize safe, timely, and cost-effective output.

Based in Wisconsin, this role offers a strong culture focused on safety, development, relocation assistance if needed, and a path to SAP migration.

Competenze

Minimum 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
Experience in manufacturing warehouse operations.
Knowledge of SAP or plans to migrate to SAP.

Mansioni

Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in daily operations.
Develop and improve supply chain strategies aligned with corporate goals; track KPIs.
Manage inventory accuracy and finished goods shipping.
Ensure QA, inventory accuracy, and timely transactions inbound/outbound.
Maintain regulatory compliance for shipping and storage.
Oversee equipment maintenance for forklifts/cranes and budget proposals.
Lead WMS-related activities and validate daily program data.
Drive safe operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
