CareerNerds in Janesville, Wisconsin, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead a team in the headquarters warehouses. You will oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of raw, WIP, and finished goods, drive KPI improvements, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, prior warehouse leadership experience, and experience with warehouse management systems (SAP transition).

Qualifications

• Solid warehouse operations experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems; SAP migration anticipated.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of warehouse associates and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Lead receiving, storage, and distribution of raw, WIP, and finished goods.
• Develop and monitor KPI trends; implement improvements to supply chain performance.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory, QA, and timely transactions for inbound/outbound items.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
