Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Chattanooga, TN to direct warehouse teams, ensure safe and efficient operations, and drive process improvements. The role emphasizes coaching staff, scheduling, and maintaining quality and policy adherence.

Collaboration with safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts is expected. The position requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience, and 3+ years in warehousing with at least 6 months in supervision, plus proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of warehousing, distribution, or related experience.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Monitor, direct, and perform outbound order shipments when necessary.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement process improvements and SOPs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance across departments.
