Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams, oversee safety and quality, and drive efficient distribution operations. The role focuses on scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance coaching to support reliable shipments.

From this position, you will contribute to process improvements, ensure adherence to SOPs, and collaborate with leadership to meet operational targets in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of warehousing/distribution experience
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience
• PC and Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work within departments.
• Prepare schedules and manage workload for cost effectiveness.
• Monitor shipping of outbound orders and ensure accuracy.
• Train associates on policies and standard works.
• Mentor and coach staff and conduct performance evaluations.
