Job summary

Kenco Group, a leading 3PL, seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse associates, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will plan workloads, assign tasks, and monitor shipping accuracy while coaching staff and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in warehousing, and at least 6 months of supervisory experience, with strong PC skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in warehousing or distribution.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume and prepare schedules for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties, inspect quality and adherence to procedures.
• Schedule assignments for inventories and cycle counts.
• Oversee accurate shipping of outbound orders.
• Issue instructions and ensure accountability per SOPs.
• Mentor staff and conduct performance evaluations.
