Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams in a safety- and quality-focused environment. You will plan workloads, assign tasks, and monitor shipping of outbound orders while upholding SOPs and training staff.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in warehousing and 6+ months in supervision. This is a full-time, on-site position in Chattanooga with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of warehousing, distribution, or related experience.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and Microsoft Office skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality and policy adherence.
• Schedule assignments for inventories and cycles.
• Monitor and direct shipping of outbound orders.
• Provide written and oral instructions as needed; ensure accountability.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee receiving processes and data maintenance for zoning and product databases.
