Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise warehouse associates and ensure safety and quality.
• Determine work volume, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow.
• Monitor, direct, and (when necessary) perform outbound shipping.
• Issue instructions and enforce policies; maintain associate accountability.
• Support safety program and drive process improvements.
