Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse teams, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality in daily distribution activities. This role directs workloads, policies, and training to maintain high performance onsite.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in warehousing with supervisory experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, contributing to continuous improvement and reliable customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct work of associates in warehouse/distribution operations.
• Ensure safety and quality of work in departments.
• Prepare schedules and assign duties to optimize cost efficiency.
• Monitor and direct outbound order shipping for accuracy.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance evaluations.
