Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3-5 years of distribution center experience.
• 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with handheld RF units.
• Powered industrial truck certification within 2 weeks of hire.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Staffing, training, and performance management.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA) and safety.
• Maintain reports and logs related to operations.
• Coordinate with safety for training and inspections.
