CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities across receiving, storage, fulfillment, and shipping. You will drive efficiency, manage budgets, and ensure SLA adherence in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a team, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service to meet customer requirements while maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with P&L and budgets is required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline workflow and improve productivity.
• Manage reports and daily P&L reporting, including participation in daily calls with Corporate management.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory management to reduce stockouts and holding costs.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff to foster a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate operations and address customer needs.
• Communicate with Corporate management and customers to ensure SLA adherence and issue resolution.
• Provide escalation support during shifts and coordinate with IT/network for problem-solving.
• Utilize WMS and other tools to track inventory and generate performance reports.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and a safe working environment.
