Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure efficient shipping and receiving for stores. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments and maintaining safety and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and training, while solving operational issues and driving continuous improvement across processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or DC.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments in the company.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Proficient in basic math calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and safety programs; ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Lead warehouse safety programs and training across the team.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve warehouse operations.
• Complete activity reports for management and monitor paperwork flow.
