Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all warehouse activities at our Flower Mound, Texas facility. You will coordinate multiple departments, lead a team of around 150 staff, and drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

You will report to senior management, prepare regular performance reports, and ensure SLAs are met while complying with safety and operational policies. A bachelor's degree and substantial management experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven track record of operational excellence and measurable results.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple departments and functions within the branch to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage ~150 temporary and full-time associates and provide guidance and performance feedback.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on performance and progress of initiatives.
• Align department goals with financial objectives (revenue, OpEx, Gross Margin %, NIAT).
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and resolve issues with customers and management.
• Develop and implement policies to improve workflow, productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor daily P&L calls with Corporate management and participate as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements to minimize costs.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting for customer satisfaction.
